Ordered a few items at the beginning of February 2024. As of yet, no delivery and no one replies to my calls/emails. Spent $58 and would like my money back.

Order # YC32550

Checked recently. Only information displayed states that the business is closed.

Yunlovyshop needs to refund my money. I ordered in good faith.

I placed my order on Feb.16,2024. Order#YC32088 for $17.49. I still have not received anything. Hat steps should I be taking now?

I bought this stuff online and it had been 2 weeks and i didnt get anything saying they sent the package, even though they say it takes up to 48 hours to process on their website. I paid for express shipping so i could get it quicker because it was plants. I did not know it was coming from china until after i bought. So finally after the 2 weeks i emailed them to look into for me and i then instantly received a tracking number saying they sent it. More time goes by and i asked why it was taking so long and they said that it got delivered. I told them no it didnt and they said sorry we got your order mixed up with someone else and said it was on the way. They then proceeded to tell me there was no address destination and put me in a group chat with a USPS website to input an address. I saw on their tracking that i could put a memo so i thought id add my address in the memo. I emailed them and said it is their responsibility to make sure my package got to me. The tracking continued on its journey and said it got to my city, so i try to see if it gets to my house but it doesnt. A couple days later the tracking said to pick up so i went to my USPS and they tried looking my package up and could find no trace. The people are not responding anymore to any of my emails and id like my money back i dont know what to do. My email is [email protected]

An ad in my Pintrest feed for house plants and potting tools and accessories. Said it was going out of business and they were having a big sale. Some of the listing discriptions were in french, i believe.
