On 9/14/19, I ordered a pair of boots from this company online. Payment to this company was made on 9/14/19, via Pay Pal in the amount of $36.98. After making numerous inquires via email to this company, asking where my order was and getting nothing but execuses and the run around, I finally decided to cancel my order. The company would not cancel my order. After numerous email messages to the company, I filed a complaint with Pay Pal. After the complaint was filed, the boots arrived at my house on 11/9/19, almost 2 months later. The boots were awful and looked like they came from the Dollar Store. I could not beleive it. They were shipped in a plastic bag with no return address, no packing slip and no return merchandise information. The boots did not fit, they are not what was represented in their ad and I emailed the company telling them how dissatisfied I was and that I wanted to return the boots and get my money back. I've been sending email messages to the company almost daily and they will not provide a return address, phone number, or return merchandise information, nothing!!! I get a generic response from them. Because I received the boots, Pay Pal will not help and my bank needs me to send the boots back to an address before they will help. I've been scammed by this company or person.
