I ordered pajamas beginning of December. I never received confirmation so I emailed the address listed on their site. Weeks later, I received the wrong item. A cheap ring, instead of 9 pairs of pajamas. I asked multiple times for a refund, they continue to tell me it's not their fault, or to look again, or the post office messed up.
