These adds appear to be from Zales, a legitimate US jewelry store. However, everything is discounted and, upon receiving your order, it isn't remotely what you had paid for. When contacting their customer service that items were received that weren't ordered, I was asked for photos which I provided. I then received an email response of "Hello,Thank you for your pictures.We are so sorry for not meeting your expectations. If you would like to consider keeping the items you received, we will give you some discount on your next purchase, is that ok? Actually they are also nice and cool, right?I do hope to hear from you soon." I responded that I would send the items back and wanted a refund. I was then asked for photos again, which again I sent, and again received the above email. The issue has still not been resolved and I now have not heard from their customer service in two days.
