On Sept 23, 2021, I thought I was purchasing jewelry from Zales. Purchased a men's & women's bracelet as gifts for Christmas. Well it took forever & I had no idea it would be coming from China, after the fact. It was too late for me. When I finally received items, the men's bracelet was fake gold. The women's bracelet was a totally different item & also fake. I tried emailing them & all they wanted to do was refund me like 14.00 What a joke & slap to the face.

Just do not buy any jewelry on line, I learned my lesson! You just don't know. These scammers are good at duplicating a company's logo.
