Facebook Ad Zales Outlet

I ordered 3 rings and not one was correct. I received no response from the link provided in the email, I had to find the ad again to complain on the website.
I submitted pictures as requested and then received an email stating these were still "good and nice" I should keep, gift or resell as the shipping to return would be very expensive. I'm still fighting to make them do the return and hoping for better responses although I'm sure I just wasted my money on this fake website.

Right as I clicked "submit" on an order I immediately realized the website was not legitimate. I immediately opened a claim with PayPal and immediately replied to the confirmation email address of [email protected] requesting a cancellation and refund of my order and also email them at the other email address the provided which was [email protected]. They are advertising on Facebook purporting to be various known Jewelry Outlet stores. In my case, Zales. I should have known better and simply wasn't paying attention. I have had zero response to my email but now they claim that they have shipped the product. The tracking number is suspicious (it doesn't match the usual USPS tracking numbers) and the phone number used to text me that information shows as (716) 453-8610. PayPal shows the seller as Cuihua Store. I do not know if I will actually receive a product but if I do I am sure it is a fake product and not what I actually thought I was ordering.The attached photo is likely one of their many. The ad I clicked on purported to be Zales outlet and highlighting a differen product but it otherwise looked exactly the same. I also reported to facebook.

I was on Facebook and saw an advertisement for Zalesoutlet. I went to the website, chose three rings, one pair of earrings, and three necklaces I liked totalling over $300. I received my jewelry two weeks later and none of the items were correct. I contacted customer service to ask for the correct items. They apologized for the error and said to keep the items and they would give me a 20% discount to buy the correct items. I told them no, if they can't give me the correct items I want a refund and to send me a shipping label and I will send back the jewelry. They said that I will have to pay for the shipping and it was very expensive, so I might as well keep the jewelry and they keep my money. Either way, I got a bunch of cheap costume jewelry for a lot of money that I don't want.
