I ordered 2 pair of "Judy Blue" distressed, tummy control jeans. Received poor quality jeans, not judy blue. Two of the exact color, no distressing at all. After emailing the company, I returned their jeans, carefully following all their emailed instructions. Received confirmation from the company of their receipt of said jeans. The company assured me of a refund in 1 to 2 weeks, that was 8 weeks ago. They have now stopped corresponding with me. Fake store, false advertising. Ugh.

Advertised on tiktok for judy blue jeans. I ordered and paid for judy blue jeans. But didnt get judy blue jeans. Got very low quality jeans. NOT what i ordered or paid for. And now cant get ahold of company.

Ordered the jeans with the site listed as Judy Blue. What I got was not what was advertised. What I got no one would wear. These people need to be stopped. A complete rip-off. No satisfaction when I complained. This gives Judy Blue a bad reputation by using this company. Pictures of what was sent. Terrible quality

Just like the other complaints on here, I fell for the scam from Zanvert.com.
Ordered the “must have” skinny jeans all over tik tok only to receive horrible quality denim pants that are clearly not Judy Blues as promised. The website seemed legit. They fooled me for sure. The email link from Zanvert with my order number details goes to a page not found error. Now I am out $49.98.

I was also scammed by them! Same thing. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Did your bank help you at all?

Bought Jeans from them online. Received confirmation but never received the package. Customer Service email goes no where.

I purchased "Judy Blue" jeans from an online retailer. I got an email confirming purchase, but no tracking information followed and clicking link through with a bogus order number led to "page not found". No product has arrived by this point. No response from customer service email provided.

They were set up selling Judy Blues. Then promised them in 7-13 days. A month later I received a product that was not Judy Blue. Cheap material complete knock off. They had an add of two ladies wearing and selling and talking about Judy Blues. I was convinced it was real and legit. I was the dumb one who lost her money. I just want others warned.
