I ordered Zapaka's "Light Blue Beading Tulle Prom Dress" on May 10 for my prom at the end of May. On Zapaka's website, it said my size, size 2, was "in stock and will ship in 24 hours". It is now May 17 and my dress still has not shipped, despite being advertised as in stock and 24-hour ship date on Zapaka's website. I have gotten in contact with [email protected] regarding the ship date and they claimed all dresses take "10-20 days to make" and my dress will not come in time for my prom. I do not understand how a dress can be advertised as in stock and advertised to ship in 24 hours if it needs to be made still. This is false advertisement. As soon as I expressed I would like to cancel my order and receive a full refund for false advertisement, the company stopped responding. It has been 4 days since I have last heard from them and I fear I will never get my money back or the dress I ordered. Zapaka has TERRIBLE customer service and should not be trusted, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It is a total scam.

We ordered (2) dresses in a Size 8 and Size 10 from Zapaka.com on May 5, 2021, for an event date of May 22, 2021.
The website claimed that both dress sizes were IN STOCK and would SHIP within 24 HOURS. To date, we STILL HAVE NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION on our actual order or its ship date/time/tracking number.
My ZAPAKA order was $278.99+/-. The website ALSO claimed I was to get 15% off and FREE shipping on returns besides stating the order would ship within 24 hours (as both dress sizes were in stock) with an arrival date of May 15-19, 2021.
To date, the Zapaka site took payment from my VISA debit card - I received NO discount on the final total, and I paid for EXPRESS shipping. The Monies are out of our account already and we still have NO ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
And, every time I call there is NO ANSWER, NO RETURN CALL! I have called all numbers - there is an 888# listed, two (720 area code) numbers listed, a North Carolina address, the Facebook page reflects it is hosted in China. I have called, emailed all three (3) emails listed on the website. I have also chat-botted (I have a copy of the chat saved in my email) and FB messaged with no ACTUAL reply, just a run around.
