I ordered a dress from the online company zapaka.com

This dress company was originally seen on pinterest and facebook. I ordered the dress and the payment immediately came out of my account. I never received an order confirmation and I have not received the dress. I tried to contact the company with the phone number provided, the online chat (which sends the customer to an email address), and the email provided. The phone number is not valid and I did not receive any reply through the emails I sent. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered dress for my daughter's 8th grade dance on 4/14/2023 via zapaka.com. Paid 151.08 including shipping, shipping on website states 12 - 20 business days per tracking number JSESI2615765233YQ the packaged cleared US customs on 4/28/2023. Then i emailed Zapaka when i noticed no further movement on 5/3 on 5/4 they sent me an email with USPS tracking 9212490228281193135604 which has been sitting at label created since 5/4/2023. I keep emailing the and they go back and forth between it hasnt cleared customs to it was turned over to shipping partner and keeps giving me the same tracking number. I have asked 3 times for a refund and they keep sending me the same tracking information. It has been 23 business days and i still dont have the dress or refund.
