Zara sent out a partial order. This was a HUGE order - over $400. I received only a small part of it, and they refuse to replace it, thereby basically stealing nearly $400 from me (the items I did receive were worth about $70). Please look at the FB page and the hundreds of unanswered complaints there for proof: https://www.facebook.com/ZARACare

Just because a company is huge doesn't mean it is above scamming people, apparently.
