I ordered a valentine's bouquet from a private business owner. I cash App her the money on January 21. I spoke to her, and she gave me one date and then changed to another date. i asked for a refund she said it's nonrefundable. She will not accept any calls and not responding to any text messages. She never said there wasn't a refund and it's not on the flyer. I cash App her the 80.00 for the Valentine's bouquet. I have all documents.
