I purchased a ZE Technology Smartwatch online, paid for it, received it, and then submitted a return for the watch as it did not perform as expected with the features promised. I followed all steps, sent back at my expense, and did exactly what I was told to do, but did not get my refund. They have the watch, my money, and have acknowledged my request, but won't respond past this.

I've been trying to get a refund for the past 18 months with no luck, and nobody will respond to get me back my $84.99
