We ordered 2 inflatable tent houses, which they claimed were delivered, but we hadn't received them. So they promised to reorder them and send with expedited shipping. Then the tracking number indicated our order was delivered this second time to another address and state.

They apologize and ask us to wait and a replacement and tracking number will be provided. This has gone on since March 2, 2023.

We were trying to be patient, due to the Chinese import site, t.17track,net. tracking #LR047933098CN. It indicates delivery to S Roxana, IL

and we are in PA. It must be a scam, or the most badly run fulfillment department ever!
