I ordered a chunky knit blanket but then got a crappy little blanket instead. Cost me USD30 was meant to be a gift for my mother in law!

I ordered a blanket on their website nine days ago and paid for expedited shipping and the blanket never came. I paid for it with my debit card on their website. I never received a tracking number like they promised. Only an order number and it has not shipped.
