I placed on order for the ionic shower head that filters the water back in April. It took a month to ship and the tracking info was for a China carrier. It reached the US as of 5/23 and as of today 6/19 I have yet to receive the product. I’ve sent 5 emails with status updates and request with no response. Definitely my first time being scammed for a web I thought I vetted thoroughly.
