They sold us on it since we needed an updated website. After agreeing on an initial payment, we received a phone call 2 weeks later asking for more money. They're reason being, we were sold the wrong package. We argued that this mistake was on they're end and not ours and we weren't willing to pay the extra $2000. Thank god we didn't pay anymore.
After another 2 weeks had gone by, we did not receive any updates on our website being built. So we called and were informed they had not started. We issued a refund to give our business else where. They agreed to issue a refund.
Months have gone by and countless emails and calls back and forth with Zen Cast Media asking where is our refund. Lies and more lies from this company continued on and at this point we are swallowing just taking the loss and warning others.
PLEASE stay away from this "company".
