I received a phone call from Zenco debt collections. The man stated my SSN was involved and cited a debt from over 14 years ago. A debt that is paid off. I asked for more information and was told they were going to proceed with theft of services charges if I did not pay today and give them my bank information. I again asked for written notification of this claim and was again threatened with legal suits. I finally hung up.

A group of people keep calling me from the following numbers: 1-469-899-8903 and 1-469-899-8919 and finally stated that they are calling from a company named Zenco or Zanco? (The only name that they would give me is Mr. Lee and a guy named Ken). These individuals are harassing me, have a plethora of personal information, and they keep telling me that I am being sued and in collections for a Discover Card that I never had. I have asked them to stop calling and they are now being offensive and telling me that they are placing a lien against my house and my car, they are garnishing my wages, and that they are taking me to court.

I asked a friend to block her number and call these numbers and the people got very rude saying to call back with an unblocked number.

I got a call from a Ms Shepard representing a company called Zenco Collections. She claim that I have a credit card debt with Chase Bank dated back from 1997 to have sent me notices to addresses I havent lived in in 15-20 years. When ask to get paper work mailed to me she insists on fax or email, and says i have to the 15th of November to resolve the matter.
