I was contacted after a Facebook posting of a data entry position. The company contacted me via Microsoft Teams asking interview questions. I was sent an email stating I received the position and training pay would be $15/hr, one week of training, equipment would be sent to me, and after training, I would receive $25/hr once training is complete. When I mentioned the date I could actually start there was a lot of push on getting me equipment sent to my home. I was asked to provide my direct deposit information via email from a Hotmail email address.
