I placed an order online at zenlifegrounding.com. And almost immediately found a better, larger, significantly cheaper version of the same item on another website. Zenlife’s website says they have a 100% money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied and they offer a full return policy. However there are no instructions on how to initiate a return besides a note to emailing their support team. Which I did right away requesting a cancellation and full refund. The next day I received no response so I emailed them again and tried calling their phone number which is a recording that says to email their support team. After 7 emails over a week and an half and no response I’m fed up. And now stuck with their inferior product. Which arrived over a week later than the better version that I purchased the same day. Claiming to have a return policy and expert customer service and then abandoning your customers once you e secured their payment is dishonest and unethical. A very bad business practice. Trustpilot.com has all negative review regarding this company. They are scammers and should be shut down and put in prison.
