Placed an order from company on 4/8/2023. Received a notification that the order shipped on 4/8/2023. I was advised it was shipped using the carrier LSO and provided a tracking number to track package. On 4/13/2023 I received a notification that they were not able to deliver my package because I was not home, but I was home and no one ever knocked or left anything for me. I wake up on 4/14/2023 tracked the package and it said delivered and signed for, I do not have my order. There is no way to speak the merchant nor the carrier. Money is tight to be giving it away.
