I am filing this complaint to warn others about my negative experience with Zen&Zip. I placed an order with this company, paid in full, and never received the product. Despite reaching out to resolve the issue, I have received no response or resolution from the company.

This has left me feeling scammed, as Zen&Zip has taken my payment without fulfilling their obligations. I am requesting the ScamPulse.com to investigate this matter and help ensure other potential buyers are aware of this behavior. The email they used for my order confirmation is: produitbebesoldes.com which is not even the same as your website name. Please be aware of the website zenzipstyleshop.com!!
