I think this is the same person. They did the same to me and claimed he lived in Ft. Myers, Fl. He had a phone number of 863-300-1166 and an email of [email protected] He has several emails though that I found through BBB. I have reported him to the FBI, DOF and FTC. My bank is also looking into it. Let me know if you would like to do a class action law suit.

Zera dachshunds is a breeder website for selling puppies purchased a puppy for 500.00 was told shipping was included had a coupon for three dogs to ship them I was told the dog was on her way. Then I received an email from runway shipping saying I needed to pay an additional 950.00 for insurance and climate controlled crate then they tried to get me to pay for a site permit said dog could not be shipped without it. This was all done by email text and phone. Needless to say I don’t have the puppy.
