I bought 3 pairs of shoes and one pair of boots the quality is very poor and they do not fit like they should. Unable to obtain a phone number. Zeraclub wants you to message them

through facebook messenger. I have received responses but they do not want to refund my money just 30 % of it . Website states they do refunds. I asked for address so I can return items and they will not give it to me.. When I received Items there was no receipt in packaging .
