I ordered a circular saw on Nov 18, 2019.. never received it.. filled with PP in January 2020 for refund.. and they said they would research .. then closed the case on May 1.20.20.. never received my monies back.. this is **only one** of several that I reported to PP, they didn't even do researched, I had let them know. same identifying info on the scammers, was at several sites that were ALL using the same photos of enticing product descriptions and such.. I do not think they ever search further.. :( they gave bad people our hard earned $s and were never any help to us.. it you make headway with this one I have others to report that were ever received!!
We had order a Circular saw for less than $50.. we had received a piece of scrap metal about 3 months before, looked not even like a piece of a saw.. LOL I reported the scam to PayPal.. PP wanted to see the metal that we had trashed :(
We still do business with PayPal, and decided to let it go.. we need to use their service all the time :( and do not wish to upset PayPal.. but we feel PayPal could have stopped the rip offs years ago.. we reported another rip off years before.. about an extendable ladder, I was buyer my husband for Christmas Great price, but another rip Off!!
