I saw an ad on Facebook for a company named Way Day, that was having a “flash sale”. I purchased a set of wicker chairs with cushions for $58.90, which sounded too good to be true, but I thought it was just the cheaper version of Way Fair. I paid for the product and to this day, have never received it. I emailed their customer support numerous times, and was told that product is no longer available and I would receive a refund. That was 4 months ago, and now the website is not available. Very disappointing. I am hoping to put the word out so no one else gets scammed by this Facebook ad and they can be shut down!

I clicked on an add on Facebook for a Nursery Glider Chair. The website came up as WayDay, stating that they were offering limited time deals. I fell for it because I thought it was Wayfairs WayDay deals. I got a confirmation email and it has a link to click to view my order. When I tried, the order wasn’t there. I emailed them, because I wanted to be able to see tracking to know when I expect my items. They stated that they would send tracking once it’s sent. They also stated that their sales were more than their inventory and they had to wait for the products to be back in stock. This gave me a bad feeling, so I asked if I could cancel and be refunded. They told me it was fine, they would cancel and provide a refund. That was a month ago, and now when I click the website link it doesn’t work.
