Website with what seemed like verified review on many other sites including Facebook and Etsy. Ordered a ring for $391.90 on May 23, 2024. Ordered a ring, had a conversation via chat about delivery date. Did not receive ring by June 7. Via chat on website, reached out for help. A man calling himself Mark at (310) 948-5303 called and apologized, tracked down the ring and promised two day shipping. He offered a partial refund. This was June 7, 2024. Still have not received ring. on June 26 said it was being shipped tomorrow. On July 10 he said he will sort it out. Still have not received a refund or the merchandise. Filed a complaint with my credit card, who is investigating.
