I submit an order for 5 pair of gym shorts on 9/13 and they have yet to ship my product or provide a refund. I have tried to communicate via email and they are saying its shipping and never had provided shipment. Even though they charged me and i have continued to ask for a refund

They said that they had a $3 sale on leggings, advertisement sale. I purchased 2 leggings. I only received one item, the other item I emailed them back saying I only received half of my order. They said they were low on my other item so they were waiting for a shipment to come in so they can ship my rest of the order. They keep saying that it will be within two weeks, but it has been over a month now. I responded again, but they keep getting the runaround that mine will be shipped within two weeks. I told them I want a refund and they also keep giving me a run around as my refund will be issued as soon as possible, but I have yet to receive a refund.
