At the beginning everything looks fine, the workers came to install the pavers and drainage, but then never showed up again. After a while we could only cancel the contract since no body ever came again, at that time we have already paid around 2400.
The company had contract with almost half of the community but never finished any of the jobs. After a while we realized that the company's guy just came out from jail actually and has already done this kind of thing for lots of times.
I tried to dispute the transaction several times but the company just kept saying sorry about that they did not know the employee was a scammer, and they only wanted to refund about 400 since they though they installed the paver and drainage.
Since I thought at least that I had paver and drainage installed, I just let it go. However after several month, I realized that the installed drainage was a scam with a dead end under the ground, and some of the pavers started to settle. The worst thing is that they buried my AC units lift pad. I did not notice that until the house inspector came to my house once and told me that there is a pad supposed to be located under the AC, and then I called the builder, the builder helped me figure out that there is indeed a pad but buried by the pavers & dust. Right now I have to spend additional money for the drainage and the AC issue.
