This website is selling ski suits. I purchased one on December 27, 2018 and it says on their website that they ship within 2 days up to 2 weeks. As 2 weeks past by and I have not received any shipping info I contacted them via email (the only way to contact them) asking about my order status. I got an email back saying that order is delayed and I need to wait a little it will ship soon. The way email was written it did not look professional. I waited one more week and asked again where is my order. I got the same response that it will ship soon and I need to wait. After 3 weeks of my order not being shipped out without explanation I got tired and requested a refund. I got email back where they kept asking me to wait and that it will ship soon. We had few emails back and forth and this company did not want to give me refund, they were just asking me to keep waiting. Emails were written unprofessionally and with mistakes. At 1 month mark of my order not being shipped out I disputed this transaction with my credit card company and they refunded me my money. I still haven't heard from their customers service about my order. I also found other people's reviews on Facebook that said the same thing happened to them - they were waiting for 1 -3 months for orders to be shipped out and they never received the product. They use PayPal for payments, I also contacted them as well.

I checked their domain on scamadviser.com and it says that webiste is only 78 days old, domain appears to be in Canada, but owner of the website is using a service (proxy) to hide their identity.
