I am a landlord who owns rental property at 815 West Clark Street Quincy, FL 32351. A female potential tenant called me March 3, 2022, around 1:30pm. She informed me that someone named Howard Baker posing as the landlord. He requested a $50 dollar application fee from the tenant, claimed he owned the property, and he told the tenant the rent is $570 every month. This is false information, and the tenant could not believe the rent was that cheap. I request the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter.

According to my Zillow account, two applications have been submitted.
