This is a company sold off of amazon - shipping from Walmart. They claimed they dropped off the product when I called and had it returned. After tracking it back to where it was (confirmed) returned to the facility I thought I would receive my refund. It's been 6 weeks (and I've been inquiring at least every 2) and now they say I am not eligible due to the time lapse. They're just sucking money from you. Do NOT buy products from this company
