Company lying about return policy. ZIMA Dental advertising promised an easy system that cleans dental trays with a 30-day money-back guarantee - a full refund with ease. When I attempted to return their product called the Dental Pod (total cost $105.99), I had to email their support team. The support team discouraged me from returning the product. When pressed about their guarantee, they offered me 50% to keep the product or ship it back to the UK (postage not provided). Seeing as I was going to lose money regardless, I selected option 1 for convenience. I received a $50 refund which isn't exactly 50%.

This place is a scam and multiple othera report they never got the item. They claim to do free returns within 30 days. BUT one has to Ship the item themselves to the UK ($200). It is a scam no negative reviews.
