In 12/2017, I was on my computer and all of a sudden the screen went red and there was a message for me to call the number on the screen. It said my computer had been infected. I called the number and I gave them access to my computer and they stopped the screen and the error. They told me to check a few things and they told me my computer was infected. I paid them $1068 for a lifetime protection for all of my devices with an electronic check. They helped me a couple of times with my computer. Then I didn't have any issues for a while. Then in 5/2018 I started receiving calls with a message saying they were receiving errors in my computer. Then they continued to call and told me they were getting errors from my computer and said something was going wrong. This company claimed their was Tech Solutions. They never sent me an email with any information. I gave them access to my computer and they told me that I had windows 10 and that the other company only updated my computer for windows 8 and they needed to update it. They told me to upgrade it, it would costs $700 . I paid them by credit card. They called back a couple of days later and said they installed the wrong thing and they told me they would refund me. They told me they couldn't refund it to my credit card. They told me they could only refund it to my bank account. I gave them my back account information. They had a screen up claiming they were showing me the refund back to my account. All of a sudden it showed that my back account balance was at $0.00. I panicked and called my bank and froze my accounts. My bank showed that they hadn't took all the money out. Then all of a sudden this company is calling me screaming talking about how am I going to pay them. They claimed I was speaking with someone with the World Bank. They continued to call me and I told them that I wasn't dealing with them anymore. On 6/18/18, I received a phone call from an odd number and they told me they would from Expert Technology. He told me he was calling about a refund. I told him he would not get into my bank account. He said he knew about the $1000 payment and that Zinayak Infotech was going out of business. He said he wanted to refund me. He said he needed my bank info. I told him they could mail me a check. He told me he had to send me a form. He told me he had to send it to my computer. He told me he wasn't going to mail it to me. I told him if he couldn't send me a check and I'm not falling for it. I hung up on him. Then i received another call on 6/22 about the $1000 payment I made. They wanted to know if the services were still on my computer. He also claimed he would send me a refund. He wanted me to go on my computer and check the service. I told him to send me a check. He claims I will receive a check on 6/27. I asked him for a call back number.
