I placed an order with Zincera.com 10/27/21. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation number. The next day I recieved an email stating they needed my ID to complete the purchase. They claim they needed it becuase the billing address I entered was not matching. If that is the case, how did the transaction go through in the first place? This seems very suspicious to me. After reading the reviews I wish I had not made the purchase at all. I do not plan to send my ID. I will be asking for a refund.

I ordered a bark control collar off the Zincera website for $60. I waited for 2 weeks and heard nothing, so I decided to cancel my order. I was sent an email back telling me it was too late to cancel since it had already been shipped and I would get a tracking number within 24 to 48 hours. Needless to say, 2 weeks later, still no tracking number or information about my order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE! I just emailed them again and was sent an auto message... again. I hope ScamPulse.com can help resolve this and hopefully shut them down.
