My name is Suzanne Houghton and I am the sr. talent acquisition specialist at USANA Health Sciences, and our customer service team forwarded over your message to me as I do oversee recruiting here at USANA.
Thank you for emailing in. We really do appreciate it. While Paul Jones is a chief officer at USANA, the offer you received is part of a recruiting scam where we believe internet hackers are using our logo and the name of one of our chief officers to create false job offers. The position you are inquiring about is a false position and it was not Paul Jones who contacted you. I am so very sorry. I would recommend ceasing all conversations, emails, and correspondences with the individual who is falsely representing Paul and USANA Health Sciences as it is not us. We will never ask candidates for personal identifiable information via email or an app, and we do not conduct interviews over text messages.
So I can track this correctly, did this individual find you via Indeed? This is where we’ve been able to pinpoint all of these false offers to. If you have any emails or copies of offer letters you have received, you are welcome to send these to me as we are opening up an investigation. Or you are more than welcome to contact me directly at my phone number below.
