I purchased a plan called Flex Biz, offering cancelation for a refund/e-voucher. When you purchase it is NOT made clear that there are terms that avoid payouts. When you complain they send you 2 webpages that are not what you see on the main page to make the complaint. For example: when I purchased: https://www.zipair.net/en/booking/package/outbound?segment_number=1 this is the page. But, as soon as a complain they say to read this: https://www.zipair.net/en/service/package/change_option. this is not what I see as clear consumer information. I assumed I was protected because they bait and switched me.
