This business pretends to be like iCloud support and people apparently fell for it thinking that it is. It is not. They tell you that you need to have this to protect your data. And this is not true. The do not even provide the address in the US. The only address is in UK.

And once they get you credit card information, they start "renewing" their service without you even knowing it and authorizing it. It is a fraudulent business and there is not way to get your money back.
