I paid for two items back in January 2023. The seller never provided me with a tracking number, although they said both items had been shipped. The seller responded to all of my email inquiries about the items, asking me to be patient and wait for the items to arrived. After three and a half months, I finally requested a refund because the items never arrived. Once I requested a refund, the seller stopped communicating with me. Can someone please assist with the recovery of my money? Thank you!
