PSA: I called the 1 800 contact numbers 1 was some medicare answering service type situation and the other just rang and rang never being an answered. When I saw that, I FELT IT VERY SKETCHY AND WAS SURE I HAD GOTTEN BEAT FOR MY MONEY! ORDERED 1/28/22, ARRIVED AT MY DOOR 3/1/22! My order was correct in it's entirety. IT'S COMING FROM CHINA Y'ALL... that's why it takes soooo long. Truthfully, had I known it would take that much time, I wouldn't have ordered. For that reason I won't again but I did get my order, Ronda.

I found this company on Facebook. I ordered two hoodies from them. One was okay that other one has someone else's name. When I tried to call it is a medical number. When I sent an email I have not received a response. What they are doing to people is a crime. I also reported them to https://www.ic3.gov Internet Crime Complaint Center

I have tried to contact them for weeks now track package says can not load page and when you do email them it says to write above this line and you can't they're a huge scam I recommend anyone reading this not to buy from them ever

I ordered a 6x hoodie with the name Erin on it for the month of August. Paid 50.55
What I received was a 6x hoodie with the name Kelly Peacock on it and when u try to call the number it's a Medicare number. Emailed multiple times with no reply

I ordered a hoodie from zipy hoodie for 41.35$ and have never received anything from them or about them I ordered it from my cash app card and have the receipt on my phone and the money was deducted from my account, could you please help me with this situation?

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas. I never got it in the time it said when I was ordering it. So needless to say, my Lil girl was jipped out of a gift. I tried calling & it was some medical insurance thing or something. I emailed, not much luck there either. I finally did get the hoodie but someone whose name is Kelly Peacock was printed on the sleeves. Not my daughter's name. I can't give my daughter a hoodie with someone else's name on the sleeves. Now I can't get ahold of them at all. I spent $42 on the hoodie. Don't ever buy from there. Ever! U will be sorry just as I am

Most haven’t gotten their packages. I paid December 19th and it came January 3rd, 2022. I felt like I was scammed. Never will I ever buy from this site, it is sketch. But thankfully what I ordered was correct in sizing, print, and delivered. Never ordering from Zipy Hoodie again. Y’all will not hear from me again!

I ordered an Eeyore hoodie for my roommate who has stage 4 cancer. It was guaranteed to be here before Christmas because I paid an extra 29.99 shipping. They sent order confirmation and a tracking number but I’m worried it’s a scam. The tracking number says status unavailable. So sad and upset!

I do not know why this is an Ad that is shown in google. They said my shipment would be December 24th, something in my stomach didn’t feel right. So I searched the page up again to see if it’s a scam. They said my package was being shipped from YunExpress and have not updated me ever since. These are filthy lying mother [censored]ers, I wanted to get my manager a gift for her birthday and now that I have read reviews I know I won’t be getting a sweatshirt or my money back. I better get my motha [censored]ing money back, I’m not playing. Scammed me out of $40 where the [censored] is my package!? YunExpress fake too!? What the [censored] is this site still doing up? Everyone should have their money refunded. How the hell do I get my money back? Why the [censored] it say they are from California yet have this bullshìt shipped from China? These mother [censored]ers a scam.

I had the same problem I ordered a tom and Jerry hoodie for my son for Christmas Dec. 16 off my cash app and they said it would be here Wednesday December 22 and I never received it I tried calling the 1-561437 number and it's was some kind of insurance type company I wish I would've also check the reviews cause my child was really looking forward to this now I'm out of 48.95 and no product there should really be something done about this cause this really is ridiculous now how would I get my money back

I ordered (3) hoodies on 11/30 order number 4112. Company said it shipped and I received tracking number YT2133721236013866 which doesn't exist. Like others on here, I tried calling the (844) number - busy signal and (561) number - Select Quote for senior insurance in Florida.

Contacted Chase to dispute the charge - awaiting resolution.
