I ordered from a website that said full refund no questions asked. I received a product that is extremely hazardous for my child & unable to even wear (it was a wrap to carry my baby). I informed the business and they are making it extremely hard to return, having me send it with my own payment back to a place in China.

Awful company and unsafe carrier

Carrier not fit for purpose. My baby basically fell out of it. It’s not hands free as it claims. It cheap China crap and it smelt awful when it arrived. I should have know better than to put my baby in it but I decided to overlook these things and give it a go!

Do not risk putting your babies in this. It’s a complete waste of money and dangerous!

Total scam. Pay for a product. When you don't like it, you get the runaround and no refund. They offer you a pathetic 15% to "save you the return shipping to China", and people feel forced to accept it. They keep 85% of your money. Just pathetic. Total theft.
They take advantage of new parents who have little money. They buy this product because they feel it can soothe their baby, and when a customer is not satisfied, they don't care. They steal your hard earned money.
Thieves. That's what they are. Thieves!

Refund Run Around for Ineffective Product

I was so disheartened by my experience with Zoberlo. The size I ordered was suppose to be for the range 150-300 pounds, of which I am right in middle. But the wrap was extremely tight to the point where I was immensely uncomfortable and light headed wearing it. My husband also found it much too clingy and tight, making it hard to breathe, and he’s even thinner than I am.

When I contacted customer service wanting to return the product, I was given a huge run around and basically told I could have a 15% refund or pay shipping costs to send it back to China, even though they come across as an American company, for it to be DESTROYED. They literally just destroy their ineffective products and make you pay shipping to China. And this is after multiple emails of the company asking me to keep the product for the 15% refund, like actually ignoring my experience of it physically hurting to wear because it was too small.

In the end, I took the meger refund option and the wrap has been taking up space in a closet ever since. Don’t waste your money on this wrap! It is a cheap material and not designed well.

Website claims to sell dreamland weighted sleep sacks. I ordered two of them. A month later the sleep sacks came in and they were knockoff brand. When i went back on the website to check the sleep sack they are no longer listed as a product they sell. The website only lists one item for sale now. They don’t have a phone number to call and they do not answer any emails.

Ad came across Instagram for a baby carrier. I ordered 1 and received a confirmation with a tracking number that has not been filled. It keeps going from LA to NY back to LA now to IL but it’s just cycling. When I reached out, they said I could no longer cancel it since a label was already created. It is complete scam.

The same thing happened to me even though I reached out the morning after I put the order in to cancel because I found out it was a scam. It did the weird back and forth shipping locations then arrived about two weeks later. Does not support a 23lb baby. They said they can offer me a 15% refun or I can pay to return it to them for twenty something dollars… half the price of what I paid for a product that doesn’t work. I’m disputing it with PayPal.

I saw an add on instagram for a baby wrap/ comforter. I proceeded to order 2 comforters at 39.95 each on 2 separate orders. A shipping label was created but for weeks it states that it is awaiting the item. When I emailed they stated that the order cannot be stopped since a shipping label was already created.
