I placed an order with this company, through Facebook, in Dec. 2018. Emailed them beginning of Jan. 2019 concerning shipment of item, since I hadn’t received shipping confirmation. Received email from them on 1/7/19 stating that due to manufacturing problems (not able to keep up with demand), they were expecting a shipment soon. Here we are well into Feb. and I’m unable to contact anyone from this company. Of course, they charged my cc before the item ever shipped.
