Scam

I did a one time purchase. I did not sign up for a membership and was being charged every month since my purchase for a subscription. I called and asked what the membership was for and was told it was so I could go on the website and order special discounted monthly specials. I received no emails stating such. What a scam from a site that sells faith based items. Just goes to show you can't trust anyone. I'm really unhappy with the way these people do business. Not that it will matter or make a difference, but I will no longer shop this site ever again. So dishonest.

Zoe’s Loft is a serious SCAM! (Also, their “replies” to the ScamPulse.com customer reviews are FALSE & FAKE!)

My Grandmother bought a necklace from this “website” in December, but has since been unknowingly charged $14.99 a month on her credit card. After noticing and calling to cancel this, the woman from the website stated my grandma “signed up for a monthly subscription”. This is FALSE. There was NEVER any option to do so, other than a ONE time purchase. They need to refund her the $60 TOTAL she lost, not just this month.

If the Zoe’s Loft scam people reply to this, making their FALSE claims of “helping and refunding customers,” sweetie... we know it’s a scam, you got caught, many times.
