I saw an ad on TikTok that Zho Gymwear was running a special for $3 leggings and legging shorts. I ordered 7 pair of the shorts but only received 1 pair. Rachel Peake, head of customer care sent me an email saying "Due to the success of the $3 leggings promotion they had run out of stock of some of the the items I ordered and only part of my order had been shipped." This was September 25, 2023.

On December 14, 2023 I sent a follow up email to [email protected] stating that I had only received one piece and asked to be advised on the remainder of the order. Rachel responded back same day saying they were actively working to resolve the issue and due to the high demand during the promotion, there were delays in shipping. She reassured me they had prioritized my order and they expected the remaining items to be shipped in 7-10 business days.

I sent a follow up email on April 30, 2024 because I still had not received any indication of an order being shipped out. I have yet to receive a response and today's date is May 22, 2024.

When I go to www.zohvo.com, the store shows as currently unavailable.

I purchased 4 pair on 09/23/2023, I received an email that my order had shipped and another email saying that due to “huge success” they had ran out of product and couldn’t fulfill my order. I emailed them back inquiring about when will they send my missing items and they stated the next week. Weeks went by and nothing. I sent another email inquiring when i will receive the rest of my order and i got no response. Here we are in November and still no order delivered and no refund issued for 3 pair of leggings that were never received. I made my purchase 9/23. I have received no refund of any amount nor the leggings.

Made a purchase thought tiktok about $3 leggings. I purchased 4 pair on 03/10/23, I received an email on 3/11 that my order had shipped and another email on 3/16 that due to “huge success” they had ran out of product and couldn’t fulfill my order. On 3/23 I emailed the company saying only 1 or 4 pair had been delivered and it wasn’t the right size. They gave me a $3 refund and stated the rest of my ordered would be shipped in 3-5 days. Weeks went by and nothing. In May, they claimed they couldn’t process the rest of the refund due to technical issues. Here we are in September and still no order delivered and no refund issued for 3 pair of leggings that were never received.
