I paid $100 item they send after 3 months small envelope with memory card worth $10 ..I purchased a shawarma knife for $100 ..when I asked for refund they said we to refund 60%only after me waiting 3month and I haven't got nothing

This is a fraudulent company. I ordered a coffee maker. After 7 weeks I received a nail file kit. The company promised to resent my order, but it was "lost" in the mail. The company then refused to reimburse for a canceled order. After several weeks of threats, they agreed to reimburse 65%, but then said they could not do so, even though their website says they can. This company is a scam and should be avoided.

I ordered a Kitchen Aid Mixer and received a pair of wireless headphones. they told me to keep the headphones and they would reship my item. They resent but I never received it and they never informed me that it had been "returned to them". I asked for a refund and they are trying to negotiate a refund %. I told them i wanted a refund in full and they said in order for me to get a 100% refund i would have to return the headphones first. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

EXACT same thing happened to me! I opened a dispute with PayPal which they denied because they provided tracking info that the item was delivered. I called to reopen the case, had to submit an IC3 claim, keeping my fingers crossed I will get my $$ back.
