I ordered meat grider. They gave out tracking and later I got a cheap USB. I contacted seller, they agreed resent and gave out new tracking. After more than a month I check tracking and find out shipment was lost. I requested for refund, they stated to bargain of my 75%, 80%, 90%, and finally to agreed 100% refund and asking for waiting 3 weeks for process. After 3 weeks I got nothing. Finally 4 months after ordered I have to contacted paypal.com to get my money back. Thank to paypal.com after 1 week to contacted paypal.com I got my money back. Zokgoc.con is scam business please shut them down to avoid any further victims

I ordered a American Standard Pressure Cooker and received five pairs of socks. I have contacted the seller multiple times with no resolution in this purchase. We did have communications, but they were meaningless. I also contacted PayPal for compensation, but they closed the claim due to Zokgoc shipping an item, but unfortunately for me not what I had ordered. I am not looking for any compensation, just knowledge to others to avoid this online company.
