Purchased a "Lifetime Subscription" from Zoolz through stack commerce or something along that line. While they are staying in business they are canceling my subscription for the second time. The first time it was claimed because I wasn't using their app to back things up they were going to cancel me. Now they are saying that because they are only doing business accounts that they are canceling my account. There was no option for such an account at the time of purchase and as of now I am technically a business. So they are cancelling my business account. They should have to honor my lifetime subscription if they are still operational to cancel my lifetime subscription after paying for it is essentially taking my money and running. I get the feeling that they never planned on honoring these accounts at all making rules that were never agreed to and now the last rabbit from the hat is saying they don't provide to home users anymore. Problem is I am a home based business and when I signed on there was no business option or home option it was all one option and a lifetime subscription. So to change the game now I find it rather disturbing too many companies make these promises and they should have to honor them or don't make them it is a rather simple thing!
