at moving day, 3 indian guys drive a 6 feet small Uhaul truck coming 1 hour late. I told them not enough to load a 1500 sqf house stuff, they said they will make 2 round, then ask for $500 deposit, after 2.25hours loading, before they leave, they ask for 300 dollars extra( this include the travel0.5 hour/ return travel0.5 hour , 2.25 hours load/unload, we said we will pay you when you job done, they said they will not unload if we do not pay ahead.) (actually only took half hour to unload, because we just unload to garage of my mother's house) , anyway we have to pay ahead to make the job done. actually i get 2.75 hours service and half hour drive. i cancel the second move from them, looks like the fee will be very high. one round cost me 760 total. each stair they charge me money too, and there are hidden fees.
finally i have to call my friends to help me move the rest stuff.
when all done I sit in front of the computer, recheck this company, I found the website is gone, i realize that probably I have been cheated ** * *** ** *** *** so angry , have to report this.
