The website only accepts Paypal as a form of payment, and then after I completed my purchase, the entire zorrati.com went down and gave me an error message for the next hour, even though only a few minutes earlier, BEFORE I completed my purchase, the website was working fine. When I filled out a question on the "Contact Us" page and clicked "submit," it brought me to an Error 523 page and the entire zorrati.com website was inaccessible and said "Error 523." BUT, a few hours later, the zorrati.com site AND the original product listing was back up online again! Very shady. The email address associated with the Paypal account that manages zorrati.com is [email protected] Although I emailed that email address directly inquiring about when the product I purchased will be shipped, I've received NO reply and NO confirmation email whatsoever.
