We were looking for a Papillon puppy for our Dad. We lost our mother on 1/20/2023 and our Dad is having a tough time. We thought we could help lift his spirits by purchasing a Papillon puppy for him to care for and nurture because of his love for them. I did some research and found Zoubicuties. I was contacted by Trisha Jenkins (or so I was told) and asked to send $800 to cover the purchase of the puppy along with $200 to cover air transport. I complied; however, I requested callbacks, but nothing - I finally got a call from a transport company called 'Dynamex Swift Movers (https://dynamexswiftmovers.com) - I was given a tracking number and told the puppy would arrive by 7:45 pm on 2/14/2023. The tracking number was 000L1HDBDBKZ-NH (https://dynamexswiftmovers.com/tracking.php). When I looked at the tracking information, I started to get suspicious as the phone number was not ours, and the dates were 2022. Every time I asked for a call to find out what was happening, I got a message from 'Trisha Jenkins' saying she was at work but would look into it. At 7:45 pm, I did get a call - asking for an additional $900 for a crate to get the puppy from Wisconsin to NH and that I would be reimbursed when the puppy arrived. That is when I reached back out to her yet again, again being told that I would get the money back when the puppy arrived - and again, no phone call, everything was via text. The number for the transport company just rang and rang - never answered - I've received multiple bounce backs from e-mails that I sent as well from the transport people and today, I find that the phone number for Trisha Jenkins is 'out-of-service'. The phone number for the transport company is 570-818-2461, but it rings without response. Trisha also has an e-mail that was used in the transfer of funds - [email protected]. Please let me know if you need further information. I believe I have also stumbled on two more sites that are doing the same thing.
