I order a puppy bed back in Dec. 2, 2017. I received a confirmation that my puppy bed would arrive shortly by 8:00 pm, December 23th, this was because they were still removing the $59.00 from my account once the money was removed then I received a 2nd email. It stated "We are so sorry for missing connection recently. Our company has gone through a really tough crisis which causes a huge affect on all our bushiness activities." With a new link for tracking again nothing. I Still never received my puppy bed. They did send the free gift a cheap dog collar that was for a big dog not a small dog.
